Our client, one of leading conveyor and transmission belt suppliers and installers in Australia, is looking for an experienced Rubber Belt Splicing Specialist to join their expanding operation.

The potential candidate would need to possess :

• At least 5 years’ experience in fitting and splicing rubber conveyor belts up to 1800mm wide;
• Experience with hot vulcanising, cold joining and mechanical fastening of large conveyor belts;
• Ability to organise the set-up and rigging of lifting and tensioning gear to install belt onto conveyor systems;
• Excellent communication in English : minimum score 5 in all IELTS components;
• Holding open driving license, forklift license and EWP permit will be highly regarded.
